Meet Elise Olley: E2E Design Assistant Extraordinaire!
It has been almost 18 months since Elise Olley joined the End2End Events team…so we thought it was about time we introduced her to the world!
Elise came on board in early 2016 as our in-house graphic designer. With a Bachelor Degree and Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Art and Design Practice. We knew straight away that she was more than qualified for the job.
Since then Elise has been putting her skills to work, helping our clients with an array of Event and Marketing design work, such as:
- Event signage
- Print Ads
- So much more!
She’s also a whiz at updating the E2E website and is regularly on hand to assist with the running of E2E client events, and can be seen at times adorning themed costumes to suit the occasion!
Originally from Perth, Elise moved to Canberra with her family when she was just 11 years old. She has lived in South Canberra ever since, attending CIT and UC after finishing High School. Because she grew up near the beach in WA, she’s never quite adjusted to the cold Canberra weather, and much prefer the summer months! What she does love about Canberra is the relaxed atmosphere and friendliness of our lovely locals.
Elise has a deep passion for Graphic design and Visual arts and spends most of her downtime sketching in her notepad. She also likes rock music, and can often be found listening to her favourite band while working her magic at the computer.
Elise says she loves working at End2End Events because of the diversity of the role and enjoys watching Marwa bring together concepts that leave clients amazed.
“A lot of clients find the visual side of event management daunting. Marwa comes up with these incredible ideas, and I get to help her implement them. People are always surprised by how much of a difference even the smallest change can make.
For example, the addition of some tailored event signage can completely change the atmosphere of an event and make it more informative and professional. Marwa is an expert in adding those little event touches, such as Welcome signs, special menus, photo booth areas…etc
Clients are continually amazed, and I love being part of a team that encourages creativity and individuality.”
