A Special Look at The Art Series Hotels
http://ramshergill.com/womens/glass/ I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Blackman Hotel in Melbourne…
http://luenne.com/nikiow/2289 As an Event Manager, I’ve stayed at many hotels and attended many functions within hotels. What I loved most about my recent stay at The Blackmans was The Character that oozed from The Hotel Foyer, the moment I stepped in, I felt transported in Art!
here see url The Blackman is part of the Art Series brand of hotels, owned by Event Hotels and Resorts (who also own QT, Rydges, Eventhouse, Atura and Thredbo Alpine Resort). Each brand is distinctly different, with the Art Series dedicated to celebrating the works of Australian Contemporary Artists.
paper trading italiano The Blackman, on St Kilda Road near the CBD, is a tribute to Charles Blackman a prolific Australian artist who was born in the 1920s and made a huge impact on the local art scene with his acclaimed Alice in Wonderland series in the 1950s. Charles was married to Barbara Blackman, a noted Australian author and patron of the arts for almost 30 years.
follow site Charles’ artworks adorn the walls of the hotel foyer, restaurant, conference rooms, and every hotel suite. There’s something quite magical about being surrounded by beautiful art, and being in a place that openly honours creativity.
source link It makes you feel quite alive to walk through a hotel hall that is covered in Art, similar to a great immersive event experience, The Blackman Hotel immerses guests in theme with dedicated art channels, art libraries, art tours, art utensils on supply, and Charles Blackman art for sale.
http://fgsk.de/?kraevid=cherrytrade&c6b=46 And I am not the only one to find it inspiring, guests have rated the hotel 4.5 stars on travel websites, and the Penthouse Suite gets a well-deserved 5-star rating! Catering to a diverse audience, there were plenty of families, tourists and business travellers around during my stay.
see url At End2End Events, we love working with boutique brands that are dedicated to providing a personalised service with a true appreciation for detail and quality. After all, it’s what we pride ourselves on! And that is what I experienced at The Blackman. I am definitely loving that smaller boutique hotels are growing in popularity and that there are more and more people out there more appreciative of quality.
If you are looking for somewhere to stay during your next visit to Melbourne whether for work or play I would highly recommend you try out The Blackmans as it’s close enough to the city (and National Gallery), but not right in the centre of the hustle and bustle which makes it more suited for unwinding after a long day out.
I would also recommend it as a venue for Special Events with its six event rooms, in-house catering, the latest tech equipment and overnight stay option, so if the event runs late or across a few days you are well covered!
It is a sure way to make a memorable first impression, and treat guests to a creative and inspiring theme. I for one am looking forward to the next event I attend there, or maybe an End2End Event to organise in the near future!
You can find out more information about The Blackman Here and be sure to check-out other Art Series hotels spread across Australia, including The Larwill, Cullen and Olsen in Melbourne, and The Schaller (Bendigo), The Watson (Adelaide), or The Johnson (Queensland).
